Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and we promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. Meeting clients where they are in their journey of mental health. We have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
I started my social work career at Sinnissippi Center, INC. and transitioned to private practice to provide a more personalized level of care for my clients. I recognize that everyone’s journey looks different and consider it a privilege when an individual or family allows me to participate in their experiences. I use talk therapy, yoga, expressive arts, and walk and talks to individualize sessions for my clients.
